Terms and Conditions


         Trips are billed to the customer's credit card unless a corporate account has been established.

       (If you would like to set up an corporate account to pay by invoice, please contact us.)


         Please call for rates on large groups, corporate events, or any other special occasions.

         Hourly rates may vary during special events, peak-times, holidays and prom events.

         All rates are subject to change without notice.



Notice of Limo Deposit

         All limos and buses require a 30% non-refundable deposit.



Cancellation Fees for Sedans

         At least 2 hours notice before scheduled pickup time = Full refund.

         Less than 2 hours notice = 100% of charge.

Cancellation Fees for Limos & Buses

         Cancellation at least 7 days prior to booking day = Full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

         Less than 7 days to booking day = 50% charge, same day cancellation = 100% charge of fare.

No Show Charges

         If you do not see your vehicle, please call our office.  If you leave without calling us, you will be charged the full fare.


Lost or Misplaced Items

         First Run Limousine assumes no liabilty for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced personal property or any other items.


Cleaning Fee

         A cleaning fee will be assessed if passengers cause any damage to the vehicles or if excessive clean-up is required.  Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
